HEALTHCARE
To be healthy is a birth-right of every child; however due to socio-economic conditions malnourishment amongst children and elderly is on the rise. We wish to address this issue by using a scientific and innovative approach in our food camps that are conducted in various villages that we have adopted. In addition to food camps, we also conduct various screening programmes for chronic as well as non-chronic diseases on a monthly basis.
FOOD DISTRIBUTION
(Annadanam)
The food is cooked with intense care by volunteers who are working professionals like all of us and take out time to prepare a healthy meal. Usually, every food distribution begins with a small food prayer, to invoke the blessings of the Lord.
Approximately 600-700 poor and needy people are served once a month with delicious, nutritious food that consists of a balanced mix of proteins and carbohydrates. The food served is purely vegetarian.
GODHANAM
According to indian mythology, Godhanam (Donating cow) is highest form of service done to poor & needy families the milk from the cow is used to support poor familes, and needy communitiesin village. This is the rationale for Sai Tech Foundation to help donate cows to familes in need for sustainable livelihood.
